What do I need to provide before we begin?

Are the domain and hosting included?
Domain registration, hosting plans, premium assets, and third-party subscriptions are billed separately. I can guide you through setup and connect everything for launch.
How do payments work?
Website projects begin with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before launch. Monthly automation services are billed separately according to the selected service agreement.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Each package includes the revision rounds listed in its description. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope can be quoted separately.
Will I own my website and domain?
Your domain should remain registered in your name. After final payment, the completed website can be transferred to your account or managed through an agreed maintenance arrangement.
What is included with Enterprise Automation?
The Enterprise package includes initial setup for AI chat and voice automations, a virtual front desk workflow, lead capture and routing, plus ongoing monthly automation service. Final scope depends on your business systems and requirements.
